Te Haerenga is a school travel data tool managed by Greater Wellington that students or teachers can use in the classroom at any time of year.  Data is anonymous and non-identifiable.

Once logged in you can create a classroom and start entering data.  Create graphs that compare travel habits over time or preferred travel with actual travel.  Having real-life data is a powerful tool for storytelling and understanding how transport impacts on community, well-being and the environment.

Once your class or rōpū is created, you can see a new class tile on the dashboard screen.

  • Choose Student entry or ‘Hands up’ entry.
  • Collect and enter data.
  • Open graph
